TERMINATION OF SERVICES: Riley & Phoebe's Cottage LLC reserve the rights to deny or terminate services because of safety concerns or inappropriate/uncomfortable situations. We will not care for aggressive/dangerous pets. Owners must complied with the information needed to safely take care of the pets. Pet owners must visit the doggy daycare site to do a “meet and greet” prior to service date.

PICKUP AND DROP OFF POLICY: Our standard pickup and drop-off hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Sunday. To ensure the safety, structure, and well-being of all pets in our care, we ask that all drop-offs and pickups occur during these designated hours. Any drop-off or pickup requested outside of this time frame will incur an additional after-hours fee of $20, subject to availability and prior approval.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm and consistent routine for all our furry guests.

LATE PICKUP POLICY: To ensure a safe, structured, and stress-free environment for all pets in our care, we ask that pets are picked up on time as scheduled. Late pickups can disrupt our daily routines, delay cleaning and closing procedures, and impact the care of other pets.

As such, the following late fees will apply:

$10 for arrivals 10–15 minutes late
$20 for arrivals 15–45 minutes late
$45 for arrivals 45–60 minutes late

CANCELLATION: Payment in full is required at the time of drop-off and must be made via Zelle or PayPal. To secure a reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total selected service(s) is required. If you are running late, you must call or text Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC with your estimated time of arrival. In the event of a no-call/no-show exceeding 30 minutes, your reservation will be released and made available to another client. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.

As a small, family-run business, we limit our care to no more than 10 pets per day to ensure each pet receives the attention, care, and playtime they deserve. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill or is not in a clean condition. Please note that once full payment has been accepted, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Holiday rates varies and there will be a $75 non-refundable deposit for all Holiday reservations.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made through Zelle or Paypal.
