TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our guests. We are unable to accommodate aggressive or unsafe pets. Pet owners are asked to provide complete and accurate information to guarantee the highest standard of care. All first-time guests must participate in a mandatory meet-and-greet prior to the start of services to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

PICKUP AND DROP-OFF POLICY
Standard pickup and drop-off hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. To maintain the safety, structure, and well-being of all pets in our care, all arrivals and departures must occur within these designated hours.

Requests outside of these hours are subject to availability, prior approval, and an additional after-hours fee of $20.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a calm and consistent environment for all pets.

LATE PICKUP POLICY
Pets must be picked up at the scheduled time. Late pickups may disrupt operations and the care of other pets.

The following late fees apply:

  • $10 for pickups 10–15 minutes late

  • $20 for pickups 15–45 minutes late

  • $45 for pickups 45–60 minutes late

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of drop-off and must be made via Zelle or PayPal. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required to secure all reservations.

Clients must notify Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC if they are running late. A no-call/no-show exceeding 30 minutes will result in cancellation of the reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

We limit care to a maximum of 10 dogs at any given time per day to ensure quality attention. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill or unclean.

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

HOLIDAY POLICY
Holiday rates are subject to variation. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure all holiday bookings. Full payment must be received no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled reservation date.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be made via Zelle or PayPal.

VETERINARY CARE AUTHORIZATION
In the event of illness or injury, Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC is authorized to seek veterinary care for the pet at the owner’s expense. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner prior to obtaining treatment. However, if the owner cannot be reached, the client authorizes Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC to act in the pet’s best interest and approve necessary medical care.

The client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any veterinary services rendered.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By utilizing our services, clients acknowledge and accept that while all reasonable care and precautions are taken, there are inherent risks involved in pet care, including but not limited to illness, injury, escape, or unforeseen incidents.

Clients agree to release and hold harmless Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC, its owners, and staff from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

CLIENT AGREEMENT
By booking services with Riley & Phoebe’s Cottage LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined above.
